Dr. Krause graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1996.  He then completed a residency in Family Medicine at Riverside Hospital in Newport News, VA.  He has worked in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and Family Medicine.  He was the first Medical Director of Kohl's Corporate Health Clinic in Menomonee Falls, WI.  He has done specialty training and is particularly interested in Aesthetics and Endocrinology. 

Dr. Krause moved to the Central Coast from Wisconsin with his wife and children to open a Family Medicine clinic and is now the Medical Director of Central Coast Allure Medspa.

His hobbies include golf, hiking, traveling, sailing, and spending time with his family and two dogs.   

NurseNess began her passion for medicine at a very young age!  

After graduating from high school, she became a Medical Assistant. She worked full-time in primary care, pediatrics and obstetrics for 14 years while continuing her education and goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.  

She attended Allan Hancock College where she received multiple associate degrees in mathematics and science, behavioral health, and Nursing.  

Once graduated she worked as a Peri Operative Nurse, Geriatric Nurse, Obstetrical Nurse, Nursery Nurse, and Aesthetic Nurse. 

Her hobbies include watching her kids play sports, learning/furthering her education, traveling, and working

Chelsea’s graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee with a Bachelor and Master's degree.

She started her career in government and then moved on to Operations for the Louisville Medical Center Development Corporation focusing on life sciences research park development. From there, she moved back to Wisconsin to be closer to family and worked with Angel Investment networks and entrepreneurship coaching startups and teaching at the local university.

7 years ago, she moved to the Central Coast to open a medical practice with her husband as the Practice Manager.

Chelsea has 3 children, all boys, and she home schools her youngest. She enjoys hiking, running, CrossFit and travel.

Lindsay graduated in 2015 with an Associates Degree in Nursing from Allan Hancock College.  She worked her way through Nursing school as a manager with Starbucks. 

After finishing school, she worked as an RN at Marian Regional Medical Center in Med Surg.  She started her career in Aesthetic Nursing at Allure in 2021.  

Lindsay is married and a mama to toddler twins (boy and girl) who keep her on her toes!

On her days off she enjoys all things true-life crime, adventures with family, listening to her husband's band @thevibesetters, and continuing her education/training and advancing her career.   Lindsay is a master at laser and is known to have a gentle hand performing her injections.  

Lisa graduated in 2007 from the Medical Assitant program at Allan Hancock college. She's worked as a Medical Assistant in ENT, OBGYN, and Internal Medicine for 14 years.  

She is experienced in management and excels in providing exceptional client experiences. 

She enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, camping, furthering her knowledge, and advancing her career!

She joined the team in 2021. Besides providing clients with a warm greeting to the spa she also leads our services for body contouring and dental services.

Katie graduated from the Design School of Cosmetology in Paso Robles. She has been an Estetician for almost a decade and loves the skincare and beauty industry.  She has experience in working in various roles in the field. 

She specializes in customized skincare treatments, full body waxing, dermaplaning and has extensive product knowledge. 

On her days off she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, hiking, exploring new places and spending time with her dog 'Honey'
